Relief by Chase Cancellation Policy:
Notify us at least 24 hours notice or more for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation without resulting in a penalty fee.
Any clients who "no-show" without contacting Relief by Chase within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, is responsible for paying the full treatment fee If an appointment is rescheduled within less than 24 hours, then that client is responsible for paying Relief by Chase half of their total treatment fee.
